I moved to New York at 22, still figuring out what came next. Hospitality gave me a place to start and people to learn from. From the kitchen to the dining room and behind the bar, one lesson stayed with me: you can always do better.
CELI grew out of that way of thinking. I wanted to bring the same care to the everyday things we put on the table and send out the door. The feel of a napkin. The color of a cup. The packaging someone carries home.
Every place has its own personality. Those details can be part of it, too.
Through CELI, we explore materials, colors and shapes with you, creating supplies and packaging that feel like your place and work for the people running it.
